UMPIRING AT DIAMOND FORCE CREEK NETBALL ASSOCIATION

There are plenty of great things about being an Umpire.  You actively participate in the sport, raise the standard of the game, develop a great network of friends and you get to wear white!!

At Diamond Creek Force Netball Association we have an Umpire Development Program in place to give opportunities to improve your standard and be awarded different umpiring badges.  Mentors are appointed to oversee trainee development and help with keeping umpiring standards high for our badged umpires.

The relevant Courses and Theory Exams are held at Diamond Creek Clubrooms each year to attain and maintain accreditation.

Setting goals and committing yourself to achieving them is essential no matter what your endeavour, and if you feel you wish to be part of our umpiring program, contact the Umpire's Co-ordinator, Carol Szekfy, at our Association for further information.

COACHING

At Diamond Creek Force we pride ourselves in our quality coaching staff.  All our coaches are passionate about teaching the skills of netball and the integrity of the game that goes with it.
Janet Gannon is our Coaches co-ordinator.  She encourages all coaches to professionally develop their skills.  In doing so organises necessary coaching courses throughout the year. All courses are Netball Victoria recognised and usually conducted under their guidance by Netball Victoria Coaching Staff.
To participate in future courses please check this website or your newsletter.  Alternatively check the Netball  Victoria website for when we are conducting various courses and have been booked to be conducted at our clubrooms.
