Diamond Creek Force Netball Association was founded over 30 years ago, when it commenced as Diamond Creek Netball, with 2 teams and 16 players.  Games were played at various locations around Diamond Creek.

Through the hard work of a band of dedicated people, Diamond Creek Netball Association was given its permanent home in Diamond Street in 1985 with the opening of our clubrooms.  Our current home has 8 plexi paved courts and is used not only for netball, but caters for many community groups from around the Diamond Creek area

For many years, our elite part of the Association was known as Force Netball Club, which ceased to be a stand alone entity in 2002. Force Netball Club rejoined the Diamond Creek Netball Association, hence the name change to its current entity, Diamond Creek Force Netball Association.

In 2012 after many years of lobbying local council, Community Bank Stadium was opened, which enabled Diamond Creek Force Netball Association to be able to have a permanent indoor facility with 3 state of the art courts.  Community Bank Stadium is located on Main-Hurstbridge Road, Diamond Creek between Diamond Creek East Primary School and Diamond Valley College.

Throughout this time we have also seen the successful introduction of the Victorian Netball League and our venture into being a major sponsor to one of those teams, DC North East Blaze.  For more information please visit the DC North East Blaze & Beyond page of our website.

Diamond Creek Force Netball Association is the premier netball association in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, boasting in excess of 100 teams across all aspects of the association, which sees more than 1000 people involved, all enjoying the benefits of playing, coaching or being involved in the most played sport in Australia.
